- Melon requires a listening pass, and TOP100 combines recent 24-hour and one-hour usage.
- Spotify and YouTube Music have free options with possible ads or limitations. Apple Music becomes a subscription after its trial.
- Spotify's 30-second threshold defines a stream; it is not a rule to stop after 30 seconds, and not every stream is included in charts unchanged.
- YouTube does not publish likes, comments or subscriptions as direct song-chart points. Natural viewing is safer than automation.
